Phones are always answered 09:00 until 21:00 Monday - Friday & 11:00 until 21:00pm on Saturday & Sunday.  Text messages can be sent outside these hours, but will be responded to the following morning. *Please note*, calls are never answered from Withheld numbers.

I will be online at various times during the day.  If I am online and don't respond immediately, then I won't be far away, or long in replying to you.

My commitment to you:  Phone calls (within our published hours) should be answered immediately.  If you happen to get an engaged tone or voicemail, then it means I am already on a call (or you've rung from a withheld number), so leave a message or call back in a few minutes.  Texts should be answered within 30 minutes and Emails / online forms within 12 hours (or the following morning if either are sent out of hours).  To avoid disappointment, please allow sufficient time, based on your chosen method of communication.  Please do not use the online booking appointment request for same day requests....Always phone, as we cannot guarantee we will be near a computer at any particular time during the day.
