Phones are always answered 10:00 until 22:00 Monday - Friday & 11:00 until 21:00pm on Saturday.  The agency is closed on Sunday, except for advance bookings, made prior to 9pm on Saturday evenings (those ladies available for advance bookings on a Sunday will have their hours displayed in the normal way on the calendar).  Text messages can be sent outside these hours, but will be responded to the following morning. *Please note*, calls are never answered from Withheld numbers.

My commitment to you:  Phone calls (within our published hours) should be answered immediately.  If you happen to get an engaged tone or voicemail, then it means I am already on a call (or you've rung from a withheld number), so leave a message or call back in a few minutes.  Texts should be answered within 30 minutes and Emails / online forms within 2 hours (or the following morning if either are sent out of hours).  To avoid disappointment, please allow sufficient time, based on your chosen method of communication.
